Juan is a seasoned Realtor with 28 years of Real Estate experience helping both sellers and buyers throughout northern New Jersey find their dream home.  He is always researching the latest market trends and updating his selling tragedy.  Juan is very personable, straightforward, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. 

Juan's excellent negotiation skills and solid relationships with other agents, attorneys, mortgage banks and brokers help facilitate a smooth and efficient real estate experience. He also has a background in Credit Analysis and Mortgage Origination.

An avid New York Giants and Yankees fan, Juan enjoys tropical beach vacations and spending his spare time with his wife Lynn, who assists him as his Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, and their two children.  Lynn has 12+ years Real Estate experience in a support role.
