With over 30+ years’ experience in construction, architecture, and real estate, Mark and Kathryn Divak have joined Mission Realty Company as real estate agents.

Thanks to their family business, Divak Developers, the team has built over 300 custom homes and subdivisions throughout New Jersey. Together, they have a large following of satisfied clients in custom homes, renovations, and real estate--all while successfully flipping homes and managing their own property investments.

Mark and Kathryn grew up in Essex and Passaic counties and later moved to the FLOW district to raise their two daughters. They can cover all your real estate needs with personal understanding of what goes into building a house, as well as building your “home.”
