My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Kate Fair, despite the tumultuous market. Kate worked with us for a year! She was invested in us finding the right home for us, never pushed us on anything, and was extremely patient. We had a difficult close due to the sellers but Kate stuck with it and pushed it through.
